The Role

Edmonton Kenworth Ltd. is looking for a Service Advisor for our Leduc Branch, who is to welcome customers and gather information required to identify their vehicle repair and maintenance work they require.

The Service

Advisor sells maintenance services and organizes the work schedule, while maintaining exceptional customer service and rapport.

The Service

Writer is the first point of contact for our customers and visitors and must have an innate ability to multitask while providing a high degree of quality skilled customer service.

Responsibilities

Accurately listen to and communicate with the customer regarding all problems and concerns with their vehicle and/or work in progress

Explain the nature of the work to be performed and all estimated costs to the customer in as much detail as necessary prior to repairs.



Discuss repair requirements, open repair orders and ensure all documentation is completed promptly and correctly

Responsible for adhering to well established operating procedures

Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders towards providing first class service

Requirements The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of

- A High school diploma
- Excellent computer skills
- A minimum of 1 (one) year of experience as a Service Advisor
- High degree of tact and diplomacy
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Shift This is a permanent Full Time position.
