Overview

Join our team as a Session Manager/Point of Sale (POS) where you will supervise and lead team members to deliver exceptional service to our gaming patrons.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily session operations, ensuring smooth and efficient flow according to all gaming regulations

- Oversee all point of sale transactions, including cash handling and refunds with accuracy and integrity for bingo sessions

- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards

- Manage guest interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of cash flow, sales reports, and session activities to support operational audits

- Perform daily game drop counts and maintain anti-money laundering records
- A willingness to learn all available positions in order to better lead team members





Qualifications

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively

- Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experience

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

- Hold a smart serve certificate

- Have a clear criminal record

- Be 18 years of age or older.

- Being bilingual is considered an asset

- Gaming experience not necessary as all training will be provided.

Pay: $18.10-$20.10 per hour
