The Role

We're looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on, energetic role focused on installing ventilation and sheet metal systems in residential homes.

Scope of work:

- Hanging and mounting ERVs (Energy Recovery Ventilators)
- Installing booster fans
- Fabricating and installing all associated sheet metal — ductwork, plenums, transitions, and connections

What You'll Do
- Measure, cut, shape, and install sheet metal components using hand and power tools
- Hang ERV units and booster fans, and run the sheet metal to service them
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for precise installation
- Manage and complete residential projects efficiently while meeting all safety standards
- Perform caulking, sealing, and insulation work to ensure airtight, energy-efficient systems
- Assist with related trades work as needed — restoration, construction painting, plumbing connections, and welding
- Collaborate with the crew to keep workflow and project timelines on track




- Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly handle all tools and materials

What You Need

Required:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal installation or residential construction
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Solid understanding of residential building processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

- Direct experience hanging ERVs, HRVs, or booster fans
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and airflow fundamentals
- Carpentry, welding, plumbing, or caulking experience
- Restoration, flooring, tile, or construction painting experience

Pay: $21.57-$35.00 per hour
