Key Responsibilities Provide support and assistance for inspection tools, including: Inspection tool preparation and verification, including assembly, configuration, and confirmation of the inspection tool to a defined build state.
Inspection tool testing to ensure proper setup and functionality.
Inspection tool maintenance, including work performed on the inspection robot during normal maintenance.
Inspection tool replacement, including work performed on the inspection robot for refurbishment to a given state. Interpret technical drawings and apply the information as it relates to assembling the tool.
Raise any potential assembly and maintenance problems, issues, or concerns with the supervisor in a timely manner.
Assist in completing required procedures and checklists in accordance with NDT procedures.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and with the highest quality standards to deliver exceptional internal customer service.
Conduct daily risk assessments as part of assigned duties in accordance with HSEQ standards.
Support the flow of information between departments to ensure successful project builds.
Perform other duties as assigned.
