Key duties include weighing live trailers, changing trailers, and ensuring compliance with the Animal Welfare program. Daily tasks will also involve maintaining yard organization, documenting HACCP monitoring, and communicating effectively with management on any discrepancies. Key Responsibilities:

- Weigh incoming and outgoing live trailers
- Change trailers safely in the receiving bay
- Monitor health of birds on site
- Maintain yard organization and cleanliness
- Document HACCP monitoring records Requirements:
- Valid AZ driver’s license with clean CVOR
- 3 years of AZ driving experience
- Experience in GMP and HACCP Food Safety
- Understanding of BRC and FSEP/HACCP programs preferred
