About You The successful candidate will have the following:

- Demonstrable experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager in projects in the $50M+ range
- Strong commercial, institutional, or residetial project experience
- A passion for driving success and raising the standard of project delivery
- The ability to collaborate effectively with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- A results-driven mindset and leadership presence
- Eligibility to work in Canada

- $130,000 to $170,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
