You will maintain detailed clinical records and supervise Rehab Assistants, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with skilled regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough assessments of clients’ conditions
- Develop and evaluate individualized treatment plans
- Document client progress and treatment outcomes
- Work closely with health care providers for optimal care
- Mentor and guide Rehab Assistants as needed Requirements:
- Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
- Two years of experience preferred, especially with WSIB
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
