Summary
We are seeking a Skilled Laborer to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining and repairing building exteriors, supporting our mission to provide top-tier property maintenance services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks related to exterior building maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with cleaning and detailing, and upkeep of building exteriors.
- Ability to work safely at heights.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Support team members in completing projects on time and within scope.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work workplace.
- Assist in the preparation of sites for maintenance activities.
- Contribute to the overall quality and durability of building structures.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in general labor or construction-related roles such as soft washing and water-fed poles.
- Ability to operate hand tools and basic equipment.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Valid Fall arrest ticket.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to exterior maintenance work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Prior experience with building exterior maintenance is a plus.
