NOW HIRING – SNOW REMOVAL CREW LEADER

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Snow Removal Crew Leader to join our team for the upcoming winter season.

Position: Snow Removal Crew Leader

Contract: 6 months

Location: Calgary & surrounding areas

Guaranteed Hours: 120 hours per month

120 HOURS GUARANTEED EVERY MONTH

Any hours worked above the guaranteed 120 hours will be paid additionally.

Requirements: Previous snow removal experience is required

- Valid driver’s licence and confidence driving in winter conditions
- Must be available for the entire winter season
- Adaptable availability during snow events, including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays when required
- Willing and physically able to perform heavy outdoor work
- Able to lead,



organize and take responsibility for a snow removal crew
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Comfortable operating snow removal equipment and following safety procedures

This is a Crew Leader position, so we are specifically looking for someone with previous snow removal experience who can confidently lead a crew and take responsibility for assigned properties. 6-month contract with 120 guaranteed hours per month, plus additional pay for any extra hours worked.
