Springer Hobbies is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence across multiple platforms. If you're passionate about social media, content creation, eCommerce, and digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns
- Design promotional graphics, banners, flyers, and event posters using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is an asset).
- Create reels, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes content from live events
- Manage multiple Instagram accounts with consistent daily content
- Monitor website SEO performance and improve search rankings.
- Create engaging content for TikTok and Instagram
- Optimize Shopify product listings with SEO best practices.
- Manage and moderate our Discord community server.
- Plan, film, photograph, and edit content for social media.
- Attend in-store events and tournaments to capture photos and videos for promotional content.
- Track campaign performance and meet marketing ROI and growth targets.
- Collaborate with the team on product launches, events, giveaways, and promotions.
- Assist with website UI improvements (coding knowledge is an asset).

Qualifications

- 1+ years experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram,



TikTok, Facebook and Rednote content and trends
- Experience with Shopify and SEO optimization.
- SEO certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Proficient with Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
- Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web development knowledge is preferred.
- Strong photography and videography skills for social media content.
- Ability to edit short-form video content.
- Solid communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics and improve campaign performance.

Schedule & Availability

- Must be available at least one weekend day for special events
- Must be available for occasional evening and after-hours events to capture photos and videos

Compensation

- $22.00/hour after successful completion of the probationary period.
