Must Have:
- 6+ years of hands on experience with specific CRM -Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case/customer Management design, develop, configuration, customization and implementation.
Nice to Have:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps/Power Page, and integration with Dynamics
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint, and integrate with Dynamics
