We are hiring a Software Engineer to help evolve the healthcare integration layer at the core of the ClinicGlide platform. What You’ll Do - Design and implement integrations between ClinicGlide and EMRs, CISs, and legacy scheduling systems - Build scalable integration services using Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and related Azure technologies - Design and implement master data synchronization and system-of-record strategies across connected systems - Develop solutions for complex data mapping, transformation, and configuration management requirements - Build highly available, resilient integrations that support real-time healthcare operations About You You like to move fast and can meet high standards too. What You

Bring - 5+ years building production software and enterprise integrations - Strong API design and integration experience - Experience with Azure-based integration architectures - Experience implementing master data synchronization and system-of-record strategies - Experience with complex data mapping, transformation, and configuration management - Experience building highly available, resilient integrations - Strong SQL and backend engineering fundamentals - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Nice to Have - Healthcare technology, EMR, or EHR integration experience - Experience with HL7 and FHIR - Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware - Experience working in regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA) - Enterprise consulting experience About Us We are a purpose-oriented organization, and we hire and promote based on these five core values:
