At RTX, you will report to the Weekend Day Shift Machine Shop Supervisor and play a vital role in ensuring the quality of Before Heat treat landing gear parts. Your technical skills in deburring and operating equipment will directly contribute to our aerospace advancements. You’ll support robotic processes and engage in continuous improvement initiatives alongside a skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform deburring, filing, polishing, and cleaning tasks
• Support robotic deburring processes when needed
• Conduct operator self-verification for quality control




• Operate overhead cranes safely to manage large components
• Engage actively in LEAN and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
• High school diploma with 1-3 years deburring experience
• Ability to read micrometers and verniers accurately
• Eligibility to work in Canada under ITAR and CCGP
• Previous titanium deburring experience is a plus
• Demonstrated skill in following technical instructions
