They coach, motivate and develop Team Members in the moment, and support the Team Leader in achieving operational excellence.Hours of work will generally be 9:30p.M. to 6:00 a.M.Your accountabilties will include:Provides Leadership in line with our values to Team Members, to uphold Royal Service and set the tone for a well-merchandised customer-ready storeSets the standard for operational and merchandising excellence, ensuring the store meets financial targets in preparation for an exceptional customer experienceCollaborates with the Team Leader to translate the store playbook and warehouse metrics into actionable plans for the TeamEnsures weekly category audits are completed, verifying compliance with merchandising standards, section maintenance, event set up and seasonal changesCoaches Team Leader Trainees and Team Members in real time; sets expectationsto guide the Night Team on best practices in merchandising strategiesOversees replenishment, inventory allocation, freight,
price accuracy and key metrics, while ensuring policies and guidelines are followed to support an exceptional customer experienceEnsures the Night Team adheres to training protocols for merchandising standards and product knowledgeSupports the Team Leader in creating a memorable Team Member experience; leads energizing and engaging start-up meetings, provides thoughtful feedback and timely follow-up, fosters growth through meaningful development opportunities and participates in recruitment process as needed to offer insight and training, ensuring current hires align with our valuesSupports clear communication between Team Members and the Leadership Team; ensures consistent messaging within their area, shares observations with Service Leaders,coordinates daily and weekly priorities through clear task planning, and actively engages the team to foster collaboration and accountabilityEnsures compliance with all standard operating procedures, company policies and guidelines, health and safety procedures, and loss prevention protocols. Identifies, communicates and responds to any risks or violations in accordance with established proceduresOpens and closes store as required and supports the Leadership Team in completion of other tasks as neededA few other things we're looking for:High school diploma, GED or equivalentPost-secondary education, or certification in a related field considered an assetMinimum 2 Years progressive leadership experience in retail; experience leading in other industries also considered.Strong leadership skills; ability to provide vision and direction, coach,
