About the Role

Were looking for a strategic and commercially minded Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, youll bridge the gap between Brand Marketing and Commercial Sales, translating brand strategy into compelling retail experiences that drive shopper engagement, sell-through, and growth across our retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create tailored trade marketing plans across grocery, convenience, wholesale, and eCommerce channels.
• Build customer-specific strategies that align with broader brand and commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution, visibility, and market share.
• Lead the planning and execution of in-store promotions, displays, POS materials, sampling programs, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure Organika stands out at the point of purchase and delivers a best-in-class shopper experience.
• Develop programs that increase visibility, conversion, and sales.
• Maximize Promotional Effectiveness
  • Manage the retail promotional calendar across key product categories.
  • Evaluate promotional performance and ROI to optimize future investments.
  • Partner with sales teams to align promotional strategies with customer objectives.
• Enable Commercial Success
  • Develop compelling sell-in materials, category stories, launch kits,
    
    
    
    and trade presentations.
  • Equip sales teams and distributor partners with the tools and insights needed to succeed.
  • Support customer planning with data-driven recommendations.
• Leverage Insights to Drive Growth
  • Analyze category, sales, and shopper data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build strong category narratives that help secure additional distribution and shelf space.
  • Develop merchandising strategies and planograms that improve retail performance.
• Lead Trade Support for Product Launches
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure flawless execution of current product launches.
  • Secure listings, distribution, merchandising support, and retail activation for new products.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Channel Marketing, or related CPG/FMCG roles.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics, commercial strategy, and customer planning.
• Proven experience developing and executing shopper marketing and retail activation programs.
• Expertise in category management, merchandising principles, and planogram development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing trade marketing budgets and evaluating promotional ROI.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
