In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, which includes in-store sales, web orders, goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to problem solve, thrive in a past pace environment, lead a dynamic team, collaborate and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.Key Job Accountabilities Include But Are Not Limited ToAssumes leadership role with accountability for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences.Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service,



compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyaltyLead an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and schedulingRecruit, manage, develop, and train top talent who have a love of shoesAchieves company objectives and enhance the DSW brand image by modeling our values of Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, and Authenticity/humilityDevelops and implement agile business plans to achieve results.Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.QualificationsProven success in the achievement of sales and profitability targetsPositive and energetic team player with a strong leadership capabilityProven ability to motivate othersProficiency in computer use, including e-mail, MS Word or other word processing program and Excel or other spreadsheet programs.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while also being committed to creating a compelling customer experienceAbility to work, days, closing shifts and weekendsWorking here is a shoe lover's dream:As a Designer Brands associate,
