Senior Consultant, Results and Transformation – Immediate, Full-time or Contract Opportunity

Mensana is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Consultant, Results and Transformation to join our growing team.

This is an immediate opportunity for a hands-on consulting professional who can lead project workstreams, implement meaningful change and work directly with client leaders to improve business performance. You will collaborate with Managers, Results and Transformation throughout the project lifecycle while taking significant ownership for project strategy, implementation, client relationships and results.

Do you have a passion for implementing changes that deliver measurable business results?

Are you comfortable leading complex project workstreams with limited oversight?

Can you build trusted relationships with client leaders while constructively challenging existing ways of working?

Are you energized by coaching leaders, solving difficult business problems and turning strategy into action?

Are you ready to take the next step toward a management role?

Are you comfortable working outside traditional 9–5 hours when required to meet client commitments and support leaders across North America?

If you answered “yes,” keep reading.

Every firm promises results, but at Mensana, they are just the beginning. We go beyond results to infectiously promote behaviours that create a result-driven culture. Join us to build your legacy while being incredibly challenged. This role will be demanding yet rewarding.

About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, Results and Transformation, you will take significant ownership for project execution, client relationships and the delivery of measurable business results. You will collaborate with Managers, Results and Transformation throughout the project lifecycle to develop project strategies, leadership approaches and implementation plans.

Working with client management teams, you will lead key workstreams, analyze performance, design practical solutions and coach increasingly senior client leaders through implementation. You will be expected to work with minimal oversight, manage competing priorities and ensure sustainable changes are delivering the intended results.

At Mensana, recommendations are not left behind for others to implement. We work alongside our clients to turn strategies into action, embed lasting improvements and deliver results that are measurable in their financials.

Depending on the size and complexity of the engagement, Senior Consultants may also take on aspects of the Manager, Results and Transformation role. This position is an important stepping-stone toward future management opportunities at Mensana.

As a boutique consulting firm, we offer broad exposure, meaningful responsibility and development opportunities that are often unavailable at larger firms. We value self-starters and independent problem-solvers who are comfortable navigating uncertainty, taking ownership and constructively challenging the status quo. Our culture is collaborative, and our team enjoys celebrating successes and having fun.

Important Note
This is not a software or IT consulting or implementation role. This position focuses on aligning and transforming organizations to support their growth and operational strategies and achieve measurable financial results, rather than implementing technology solutions or deploying systems.

Travel Requirement
This is a client-facing management consulting role that requires frequent, ongoing travel. Senior Consultants should expect to travel most weeks, typically Sunday or Monday through Thursday or Friday, up to 100%, depending on project needs.

Candidates must be fully comfortable with regular time away from home as a core requirement of the position.
