This senior role will require you to oversee multiple portfolios, ensuring transformation initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and improve enterprise change management strategy
• Ensure alignment of transformation objectives and business priorities




• Develop best practice tools for change management
• Guide stakeholders on change strategy and engagement
• Partner with PMOs to support integrated outcomes

Requirements:
• 10+ years in change management leadership
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven skills in stakeholder management
• Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
