We’re looking for an experienced event coordinator to join our teamorganizing a portfolio of B2B events, including industry trade shows, festivals, conferences and awards programs across North America.

This role is based on a dynamic hybrid model, with 2 days a week in our vibrant downtown office and 3 days working from home. You’ll need to live within an easy commuting distance of our downtown office.

During peak periods and event weeks, you’ll be in the heart of the action, spending additional time in the office and on location at live events, where the energy and excitement are at their highest.

The role involves:

Coordinating the logistics for face-to-face conferences, business festivals, trade shows and awards nights

Liaising with key stakeholders - speakers, sponsors, delegates and vendors

Running events on‑site in the US and Canada

Working within a small team of dedicated and hardworking staff around the world

Running events like HR Future Fest

Bring 2+ years of hands‑on event logistics experience

Are based in Toronto and love being at the heart of the action

Are ready to hit the road; ability to travel freely and regularly across Canada and the USA is required.

Can seamlessly coordinate corporate events while thriving under tight deadlines

Possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills

Radiate enthusiasm, positivity, energy and professionalism, and know how to build strong relationships with clients, delegates and vendors
