Our leading retail client seeks a business-minded lawyer to enhance its Legal Department. As a Legal Counsel, you will handle Quebec-specific legal issues while supporting broader commercial contracting processes. Collaboration with Human Resources, Compliance, and Supply Chain teams will be essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main legal resource for Quebec matters
• Support the company's commercial contracting function
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Compliance teams
• Advise on legal issues across multiple departments
• Research and analyze relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
• Must be a qualified lawyer in Quebec
• Ideally called in Ontario as well
• Robust business-oriented legal mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
