About Our Client: This Global manufacturing company located in Saint-Hubert, is looking for a full time permanent Supply Chain Manager.
Responsibilities Guarantee the continuity of flows for your Business Unit (BU)
Responsible for the reliability of your analyses
Determine supply chain directions within your scope and adapt allocated resources, validated by results
Based on the Group Supply Chain strategy, define the site’s supply chain strategy, break it down into action plans, and ensure follow-up
Constantly improve performance, lead your team with a LEAN mindset
Contribute to and participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) and manage the Production Plan (PdP)
Regularly lead performance reviews of activities (customer order book monitoring) and processes, and implement necessary action plans to eliminate losses
Deploy flow management models defined by your SBU, with a constant focus on stock control
Enforce health, safety, and environmental rules
Lead the implementation of Supply Chain projects (Continuous Improvement, ReDesign to Cost, etc.) within your scope
Define KPIs to measure site supply chain performance and implement action plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Monitor supply chain practices, organizations, and current technologies
Manage your teams:
conduct individual interviews, develop skills, manage conflicts, etc.
Oversee reporting and budget management for the department, highlight your team’s performance, manage a cost center
Promote and comply with health, safety, and environmental rules and instructions
Requirements Education: Master’s degree (BAC +5) in Supply Chain Management
Experience: 10 years leading a Supply Chain team in an industrial environment
Experience in cross-functional management
Advanced English (C1)
Management of 3 employees, occasional travel
Knowledge of production management: planning and scheduling based on needs analysis
Ability to perform financial analysis of balance sheets, financial reporting, and analytical accounting
Knowledge of logistics flow management and related methods
Ability to analyze commercial data and its interactions with the supply chain
