This senior leadership role reports to the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain and will spearhead the development of operational excellence strategies. You'll create infrastructure for compliance, health and safety, and continuous improvement, partnering with regional leaders to enhance efficiency. Your expertise in change management, supply chain operations, and lean principles will be crucial as you influence corporate objectives through measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide operational excellence strategy execution
• Establish governance and standard operating procedures

• Implement Lean Management principles across supply chains

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or engineering
• 15+ years in Operations and Distribution
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven experience in multi-site excellence implementation
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
