ADP serves over 1million clients in 140 countries with over62000 associates worldwide. What you’ll do: Responsibilities - Manage client payroll.

You will be responsible and fully accountable for the payroll and audit functions of multiple clients. You will oversee scheduling and running the assigned client payrolls by following standard operating procedures. You will balance respective payrolls based on the year‑end calendar and remit all third‑party remittances by defined due dates, completing all year‑end balancing, filing and respective reporting.

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert.



You’ll provide critical and accurate statutory information to clients in the payroll area, such as tax filing. Use the various knowledge bases, resource materials and appropriate websites to locate answers and solutions for issues. You’ll utilize all internal tools and defined processes to ensure optimal productivity and service excellence and make recommendations for best practices to customers.
- Problem‑solver. As needed, you’ll work with internal technical support, various production departments and additional ADP Service hubs to identify a resolution. You’ll also provide feedback and suggestions on products, issues, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Develop knowledge. You’ll maintain NPI (National Payroll Institute) designation and attend all required departmental training sessions as well as demonstrate proficiency in learning.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications - Minimum5years Canadian payroll processing experience.

- Minimum5years client service experience.
- Advanced internet and MS Office skills (Word/Excel) required.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes.
- Excellent client service skill.
- English/French bilingualism is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications - Post‑secondary education preferred, or equivalent experience in administration/client service/HR.
