Overview ADP is recruiting an Implementation Specialist to help clients leverage ADP's business solutions so they can focus on growing their organization. What you’ll do - Implement ADP solutions for clients in accordance with ADP guidelines and client expectations.

- Own all project aspects: analysis, configuration, validation and problem‑solving.
- Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades.
- Lead new business conversions to the ADP platform while ensuring high client satisfaction and productivity.
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues.
- Guarantee client satisfaction and retention by delivering solutions on client‑defined timelines.
- Maintain accuracy of all client setup aspects and exchange routine information with client project teams.
- Support customer service during high‑volume periods. To succeed in this role - Minimum 3–5 years of payroll industry experience.
- Strong MS Office (Word/Excel) skills.
- Project management knowledge.
- General knowledge of operating systems and internet concepts.
- Effective communication skills.




- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross‑functional teams. Bonus points - Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
