The Opportunity

As a core leader within Finance IT, you will drive a high-priority, greenfield implementation of a cloud-based Enterprise General Ledger, Product Subledger, and Non-Product Subledger. Supporting a broad spectrum of global business partners—including Capital Markets, Personal & Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Risk, Finance, HR, Compliance, and Legal—this strategic role serves as the primary bridge between enterprise technology leadership, delivery squads, and senior executive stakeholders.

You will own the end-to-end execution, ensuring consistent global design, robust technical integration, and alignment across technology, finance, and operations.

What You Need to Succeed

Must-Have Experience & Qualifications:

- 15+ years of progressive SAP implementation experience, leading large-scale, multi-entity Finance ERP rollouts within global financial institutions (Tier-1 Banking experience strongly preferred).
- Deep Functional Expertise in SAP Product Subledger, Enterprise General Ledger, and event-based accounting systems.
- Proven Track Record managing complex, cloud-based SAP deployments end-to-end—from initial strategy and design through migration, configuration,



and post-go-live support.
- Executive Leadership & Influence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to align executives, navigate complex matrix environments, and build consensus.
- Technical Mastery: Strong command of enterprise architecture (data, security, cloud), global template governance, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems).
