Job Title: Sr. SAP BO Consultant Location: Markham, ON Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite (Mon/ Tues/ Wed)) Job Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: Sr. SAP BO Consultant with SAP BO Admin experience

Have 7-10 years of hands on experience on SAP BO. (SAP BO 4.2/4.3 or SAP BI 2025).

Technical Expertise Robust hands on experience with SAP BO 4.2/4.3 and SAP BI 2025.

Must Have worked on at least one SAP BO upgrade project. or must have worked on at least one SAP BO end to end implementation project

Migration & Upgrade Skills Experience On BO Upgrades/migrations. Strong troubleshooting skills for report failures, scheduling jobs, and performance tuning. Plan and perform migration from SAP BO 4.2 to SAP BI 2025.

Manually convert individual UNV to UNX using IDT Manage BIAR file exports/imports, CMS configuration, and repository migration.

Start and stop BI services.

Content and Server Management.



Managing objects in BO environment.

License Management Concurrent and named users.

Auditing BO environment. Alert and events management.

BO version upgrade and migration activities.

Collaborate with SAP or customer for support needed for patching and hotfixes.

Testing & Validation: Perform regression testing of reports, universes, dashboards, and security settings.

Validate data connectivity, semantic layer, and scheduling jobs.

Ensure performance benchmarks are met post upgrade.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

Certifications Preferred: SAP Certified Application Associate SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform, SAP BO 4.3, SAP BI 2025 as appropriate
