You will work in a Hybrid based environment supporting field requests within the Halifax and surrounding area.The successful candidate will be able to review and sign-off on technical reports, direct the site activities of field staff, and liaise directly with clients on a file-by-file basis. They will also be responsible for completing hydrogeological and environmental site investigations and oversight of remediation activities, primarily on environmental spills and contaminated sites. The position requires that the candidate work in cooperation with project managers across the country and assist field staff to problem solve and maintain the highest level of professional standards. The successful candidate will accept responsibility for the overall quality of remedial work completed by field staff and will provide mentorship for junior staff.ResponsibilitiesWork with the Director and management to create and enhance Pario’s strategic planTranslate the strategic plan into a vision and plan for implementationLead and champion changeMentor,
