We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee renovation projects within a portfolio of multi-residential properties in the Ottawa region. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
- Oversee daily project operations, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, trades, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Maintain regular communication with property representatives, providing project updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct outgoing suite inspections and ensure units are ready for renovation.
- Complete project scoping, prepare cost estimates, and manage change orders.
- Monitor project progress throughout all phases and communicate updates or changes to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project deficiencies in a timely manner.
- Manage project closeout activities, including final inspections and client sign-offs.
- Support daily trade scheduling and coordinate materials and resources.




- Participate in meetings with prospective clients to support business development initiatives.

On-Site Trade Onboarding & Assessment

- Coordinate with scheduling teams to plan trade assessments.
- Welcome and onboard prospective trades at warehouse and job sites.
- Observe and evaluate trade performance during initial assignments.
- Provide guidance on company processes, including additional work ("extras") and invoicing procedures.
- Assess trade performance and make pass/fail recommendations.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in project management, construction, property management, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and quality assurance practices.
- Experience managing client relationships with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Ottawa region.
