Job Summary The Team:

The Warehouse Operations Team is a well-established and diverse group of 32 professionals who work together to support critical supply chain operations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of medically vulnerable citizens and key government clients across the province. Our team includes stock workers, lead hands, supervisors, an inventory control officer, and a manager who collaborate closely with Procurement and Customer Service partners to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient services. The Role:

As a Supervisor, Warehouse, you will lead daily warehouse operations, support the Manager of Logistics and Warehouse Operations, and ensure the team follows established procedures and Health Canada regulations, including managing product recalls and product quarantine activities. You will guide and develop a diverse team, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain protected, accurate, and efficient operations that directly support the health and well-being of people across British Columbia. Qualifications:

- Secondary school graduation, or equivalent (GED).
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
- Enrollment in BC Gov Supervisory Development Program will be required after 6 months.
- 3 or more years working experience (within last 6 years) in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory management.
- 1 year minimum recent (within last 5 years)



experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems e.g. SAP.
- Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience operating materials handling equipment such as power carts, order pickers or forklifts.)
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence.

Preferences:
- 1 year experience supervising in a unionized environment.
- 1 year minimum recent (within last 5 years) experience using SAP.
- Experience in applying Health Canada regulations for medical devices/products and pharmaceutical drug information.
- Experience in applying project management principles and practices.
- Certification in an accredited Supply Chain Management or logistics program.
- More than 3 years supervisory experience
- Experience supervising 5 or more staff.
- Current or previous certification operating: order picker, power cart & forklift.
- Current Level 1 or higher first aid certification
- Experience using automated technology and hardware such as RF scan guns, RFID, Bar code scanning
