Position: Sterilization/Hygiene Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team at Ironwood Dental Centre, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. Specifics about the role: Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation: $20-25/hour

Additional perks: Bonuses and Uniform Allowance What you’ll do: Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to clinic and industry protocols.

Maintain proper functioning of sterilization equipment and ensure regular documentation of cycles.

Organize and restock operatories to keep the clinic running smoothly.





Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials.

Support the clinical team to ensure every patient receives care in a safe and prepared environment. What you’ll bring to the role: Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare sterilization/infection control role is preferred.

Solid communication skills – both verbal and written

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Friendly, professional demeanour with a patient-first mindset
