Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stone Polisher to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw stone materials into polished, high-quality surfaces ready for installation or sale. Responsibilities

- Operate polishing machines and hand tools to smooth and finish stone surfaces with precision.
- Inspect stones for defects, cracks, or inconsistencies, ensuring only top-quality pieces are processed.
- Use heavy equipment such as forklifts to move large stone slabs safely within the workspace.
- Prepare stones by cutting, shaping, and assembling pieces as needed for final polishing or installation.
- Apply finishing techniques including grinding, sanding, and sealing to achieve desired surface quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.




- Collaborate with team members on complex projects requiring machining, welding, or assembly skills.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related field involving heavy equipment operation.
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in machining, welding, and assembly processes.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for stone finishing.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment and construction environments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications is a plus.
- Prior experience working with heavy machinery or in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
