The Senior Project Manager I position at Rocket Lab, located in Toronto, reports to the Senior Engineering Manager. This role requires managing multiple aerospace development projects efficiently. It demands proficiency with project management tools and solid communication skills to report updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own delivery of key development projects while managing timelines
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure task alignment




• Conduct project meetings and document minutes and actions
• Provide updates on progress, risks, and cost adjustments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or aerospace preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant aerospace project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Familiarity with ECSS and NASA standards is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
