Key Responsibilities:
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare monthly and Board financial reports
• Ensure compliance with Ontario Long-Term Care regulations




• Maintain the general ledger and perform account reconciliations
• Analyze financial performance and support operational decision-making

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2+ years in Long-Term Care finance
• Strong background in budgeting and financial reporting
• Proficiency with accounting software, especially Dayforce
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
