Physiotherapist – Bradford Region

CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Physiotherapist in the Bradford region.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $74.52 – $85.63 per visit.

Bring mobility and recovery home. As a PT in our Integrated Care Program, you’ll help patients rebuild strength and function after hospitalization, reducing readmissions and improving outcomes through hands‑on, community‑based care.

Qualifications

- Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario




- Ability to travel from home to home within the community – a valid driver’s license, vehicle and car insurance is required
- A commitment to person and family‑centered care
- Passion, empathy, and critical thinking in client decision‑making
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while working independently
- A deep appreciation for the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home when it aligns with their personal goals
