AZ Highway Driver (Long-Haul & Cross Border)

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced AZ Highway Drivers for longhaul cross-border operations between Canada and the United States. This position offers consistent year-round work hauling customer freight across a variety of lanes while working with a team that values safety, professionalism, and respect for drivers.

Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to safe driving practices, regulatory compliance, on-time performance, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate tractor-trailers in accordance with all provincial and federal regulations.
Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate electronic logs and trip documentation.
Communicate effectively with Dispatch, Fleet Operations, and customers.
Ensure freight is transported and delivered safely and professionally.
Report defects, incidents, and delays promptly.
Adhere to company safety policies and customer requirements.

Qualifications




Valid Ontario AZ Driver's licence.
Clean CVOR and driver's abstract.
1+ years of verifiable AZ driving experience.
Strong knowledge of MTO regulations and Hours of Service requirements.
Robust commitment to safety and customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.
