This contract role supports a workforce management transformation within a large-scale operational environment. The consultant will serve as the primary subject matter expert for UKG Kronos Workforce Central, supporting sustainment activities, integrations, troubleshooting, and transition planning related to Dayforce Workforce. The role includes ownership of knowledge transfer, operational continuity, and validation activities during the migration from a legacy EOL platform.
Must Haves 5+ years supporting UKG Kronos Workforce Central administration and workforce management operations

Troubleshoot workforce management, scheduling, attendance, accrual, and payroll-related issues
Coordinate with third-party support providers to maintain operational continuity
Document configurations, business rules, integrations,



support procedures, and operational processes
Support and document Workforce Integration Manager integrations and associated data flows
Review and validate Dayforce Workforce requirements, configuration, and design decisions against existing workforce management processes
Support testing, parallel validation, defect triage, and operational readiness activities
