This full time role emphasizes a person-centered approach, ensuring that the dining experiences meet the unique nutritional needs of each resident. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote quality living for all residents while maintaining compliance with regulations and budgetary guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a dynamic food service team
• Customize menus based on resident nutritional plans
• Manage daily culinary operations efficiently




• Oversee vendor partnerships and community collaborations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and nutrition standards

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of dietary experience required
• One year of leadership experience preferred
• Food Safety Handler’s Certificate necessary
• Membership with Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (ONTARIO ONLY)
• Willing to obtain a current Vulnerable Sector Check
