At Clio, we seek an experienced Senior Product Designer for our Product Led Growth team. You will own the design of the onboarding experience, significantly impacting customer retention in the initial 120 days. Your work will enhance user experiences, ensure customer value, and ultimately support their transition into active Clio users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design onboarding and activation paths for current Clio customers
• Map the customer journey across all Clio products
• Create in-product guidance and engagement tools
• Analyze customer data to drive design decisions
• Develop internal tools for onboarding specialists and migration teams

Requirements:
• 5+ years in product design, preferably in SaaS
• Experience with onboarding and user activation strategies
• Proficient in user research and design methods
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
