The Operations Technician role focuses on performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational duties for gas systems. With a hands-on approach, you’ll also monitor emergency situations, manage customer service tasks, and coordinate resources for repairs and installations. Key skills include experience in gas systems, safety compliance, and effective communication with customers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repair of gas facilities and equipment
• Monitor odorant and cathodic protection systems




• Locate and inspect gas distribution systems
• Oversee contractor compliance and corporate facility integrity
• Resolve customer inquiries and emergency issues

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Journeyperson Plumbing Certificate required
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• 3 years’ experience in gas operations
• Gas fitter's license necessary
