Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily maintenance operations and guest service standards
• Manage scheduling, training, and development of the maintenance staff
• Oversee prioritization and documentation of work orders




• Lead communication on capital projects and property improvements
• Ensure safety standards compliance and maintain records

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in hospitality maintenance
• Trade certification in a related field is an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
• Must pass a basic security clearance
