We are seeking a Motivated and Experienced Professional tofulfill an opening for our Manager of Finance . This position will be workingout of our Concord, ON facility. This individual will be tasked with managingthe finance department and ensure that all financial operations are incompliance with governing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the overall financialstrategy of the organization, including forecasting, cash and investmentsmanagement.

Oversee and guide financial projects andinitiatives; analyze financial trends, assumptions and risks.

Analyze financial transactions and results, assessfinancial performance; and develop and review reports.

Establish internal processes and controls toensure financial accuracy, compliance with applicable laws, and quality control.

Prepare and present regular and special reports andanalyses for senior management.

Qualifications:

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance,accounting, or related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, CFP, orCFA is preferred.

5+ years of management experience in finance and/oraccounting

Robust understanding of internal and externalfinancial controls

In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting,and financial reporting.

High proficiency in accounting software, such asQuickBooks, MS Office and SAP.

Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solvingskills.

$120k - $150k/yr. This may vary based on level of experience, credentials, and qualification.

Shift:
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm.
