Bethesda Community Services is actively recruiting an Occupational Therapist dedicated to empowering children and youth with special needs. This role reports to the Manager of Children’s Services and involves conducting assessments, monitoring treatment plans, and collaborating with various community partners. Your cutting-edge strategies will help children manage behaviors while navigating developmental challenges and fulfilling their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct independent assessments and identify treatment goals
• Present clinical recommendations to caregivers and partners




• Monitor and update clinical treatment plans
• Provide coaching to caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
• Develop resources and curriculum for treatment services

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• 1-3 years’ experience in occupational therapy
• Experience working with children with ASD, DD, or FASD
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and valid driver’s license
