Job Description We're looking for a high-performing Accounting Manager who's ready to take ownership of our day-to-day finance operations - and grow into more.
This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, gets things done without being micromanaged, and wants to help build something great. You'll lead our finance function, manage reporting and compliance, support operations with solid financial insights,
and eventually take over full ownership of our accounting department.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Own full-cycle accounting and reporting
Lead month-end, year-end, and audit preparation
Maintain accurate financials across multiple projects/divisions
Prepare internal financial reports and cash flow projections
Support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making
Manage and mentor junior accounting/admin staff
Collaborate with operations, estimating, and leadership teams
Drive process improvement and systems optimization

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
Experience managing or mentoring others
Strong working knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Comfortable with Excel / spreadsheets and reporting tools
CPA designation is an asset but not required
