You will be responsible for thorough assessments, developing tailored intervention plans, and providing training in mobility and assistive devices. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments on clients
• Recommend strategies for home safety and accessibility
• Develop individualized,



evidence-based intervention plans
• Provide training in the use of mobility and safety equipment
• Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with COTO
• Two years of practice preferred but not required
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
