Modern Niagara is seeking a BAS Design Lead to drive the technical development of automation solutions. You will engage effectively with Sales, Project Management, and installation teams, ensuring high-quality designs that align with project specifications. Your expertise in BAS design will support project success and foster knowledge sharing within the Integrated Building Technologies team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop conceptual BAS design drawings for project pursuits
• Serve as primary design resource throughout project execution




• Coordinate with teams for consistent project delivery
• Produce detailed design drawings and control schematics
• Select appropriate controllers and sensors based on specifications

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum three years of BAS design experience
• Knowledge of Direct Digital Control and HVAC systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
