As a Studio Manager, you will oversee a team while focusing on sales growth and exceptional customer service. You will engage directly with customers, helping them style their piercings with Rowan jewelry. Your leadership will help create a positive environment while ensuring adherence to the highest safety standards and managing studio performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer experience and ensure joyful service
• Coach and develop a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with standards




• Drive sales to exceed performance targets
• Maintain a clean and welcoming studio workplace

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in retail management, preferably in service
• Strong leadership skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Proven track record in driving sales growth
• Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising
• Comfortable using technology and POS systems
