Your expertise will guide the development of impactful blended learning solutions, addressing capability gaps and future skills. You will manage learning programs that reflect RWDI's core values: innovation, integrity, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a global learning and development strategy
• Design and scale blended learning solutions effectively
• Assess skill gaps and create prioritized learning roadmaps




• Lead a small global team in training coordination
• Communicate program progress to senior leadership

Requirements:
• 8+ years in L&D; or talent development roles
• 3+ years managing global programs or teams
• BA/BS in Education or related field
• Expertise in learning technologies and methodologies
• Proven track record in designing scalable learning programs
