Project Manager
Legacy North Construction Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from initial planning through project completion. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and company quality standards. The successful candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, permitting, estimating, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, client communication, consultant coordination, municipal approvals, construction management, project documentation, and project close-out while working collaboratively with Site Supervisors, clients, consultants, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and municipal authorities. This position requires exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while providing a high level of customer service.

The successful candidate will possess working knowledge of:

Ontario Building Code

Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA)

Construction Act

Ontario Planning Act

Building permit process

Municipal planning approvals

Site Plan Agreements

Minor Variance applications

Construction scheduling

Procurement and purchasing

Budget management

Contract administration

Reading architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Cloudpermit (considered an asset)

Experience with construction management software is considered an asset.
