Key Responsibilities:
• Develop University IT architecture with the support team

• Monitor technology performance and identify improvement trends

Requirements:
• High School education and technical training (2-3 years)
• Minimum of three years in a technology support role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Collaborative approach in team and individual projects
• Current knowledge of emerging technologies
