Beacon Software is seeking a highly capable paralegal to join the legal team as the day-to-day contact for post-close integration across Beacon’s acquisitions. You will own governance clean-up, diligence follow-up, and integration workflows, working with M&A; and Legal teams to drive deals across the finish line.
This high-autonomy role requires broad legal judgment and readiness to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency throughout the integration lifecycle.
